Shipping Special Notice
- Shipping of phones to Nigeria cost $18 per piece while laptop cost $20 per piece.
- Shipping of phones to Ghana cost $30 per piece while laptop cost $35 per piece.
- Phones and laptops are recommended to be shipped through Express shipping for maximum security and safety. If you decide to ship through Cargo shipping or Sea shipping, we are not liable for any loss, security or damage.
- Sometimes, there may be a delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
- If your parcel is a fragile item, please ensure that you supplier packages it properly to avoid damage during transit. We are not liable for any damage that may occur during transit due to poor packaging by the supplier.
- Sometimes, customs may charge import duty or tax on your parcel. This is beyond our control and we are not liable for any customs charges that may apply to your parcel. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes.
- Sometimes customs might seize parcels for inspection. If this happens, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue and getting your parcel released as quickly as possible. However, we are not liable for any delays or issues that may arise from customs inspections.

- Volumetric weight, also known as dimensional weight or DIM weight, is a way of measuring the amount of space that a package requires,whether a plane or a shipping container.Volumetric weight is as important as the actual weight of a package since couriers choose whichever figure is larger to establish the shipping rate for that particular order. Please note that we also use volume weight to charge in cases where the volume weight is higher than the actual weight of the parcel. And this is applicable to all shipping methods.
- Your parcel can only stay in any of our warehouse for a maximum of 14 days. After 14 days, we will charge a storage fee of $1 per day for each parcel/order until the parcel is shipped out or picked up. If you do not ship out or pickup your parcel after 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the parcel without any compensation.
